The film depicts approximately twenty-four consecutive hours of an equinox day (22 March 2013) in the lives of two couples in their mid twenties living in London and New York.
Their lives are two parallel stories running through the course of this film. British-born RACHEL BLAKE (25) is a winner of the prestigious Ellen Burge Foundation International Artist Residency.
On the 22nd of March 2013 Rachel is due to exhibit her work for the first time at a private viewing at the Ellen Burge Gallery. Despite a successful start to her career, Rachel has been unhappy in her long-term relationship with American boyfriend DAVID GREENBERG (27), an ambitious Attorney working for Sullivan & Benjamin a powerhouse Wall Street firm. JOSH HARPER (26) has been working as an Architectural Technician for Smithson & Co. Architecture and Design Group for nearly 6 months in Canary Wharf, London.
This week Josh’s 6month probationary period is coming to a close. He receives negative feedback on a 3-D model he has been working on for an energy sufficient home using recyclable material. As a result of his poor presentation, the future of his career hangs in balance. ALEXIS SIMON (25) a beautiful Architectural Drafter at Architectural Group moved into an apartment with Josh a year ago. The stories and events of their lives on this particular day interweave and the decisions they make change the trajectory of their lives.
